NRHSN Rural Health Club Event of the Year Award
The NRHSN Rural Health Club Event of the Year award was won by the three South Australian clubs jointly for Campfire 07. Well done AURHA, FURHS and ROUSTAH! The three clubs were presented with certificates, and a trophy. You can check out more information about Campfire 07 under Events, as well as some of the other entrants in the award.
Rural Health Workforce Australia Award for outstanding contribution to a RHC
Nick Knowles and Aleem Khalfan from CRANC shared the RHWA contribution to a RHC, after being nominated by another founding club member, Lyndall. Although still in early stages, CRANC look set to become a fantastic club!

Rural Health Workforce Australia & National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation Award for outstanding contribution to Indigenous Communities
Congratulations to Marion Davies from Rustica on her award. AIMED the Australian Indigenous Medical Electives Database, has been developed by Marion and will be of great assistance to members thinking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander specific placement.

ACRRM Presidents Prize 2008
The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine Presidents Prize 2008 was won by Fiona Langelaan, SPINRPHEX and NRHSN Secretary! Well done Fi - we are sure that you will make the most of your rural placement!
NURHC Photo Competition Award
Congratulations to Ken Noda for his 1st place in the photo comp. Ken was also our 'official' photographer for NURHC 08, from host club Rustica. 2nd place was awarded to Brendan Jubb from ARMS and 3rd place to Joshua Crase from OUTLOOK.
