AGM and End of year dinner

On the 28th of September, we held our AGM and final dinner at Print Hall (Small Print) in the heart of the city! The formal dinner was proudly sponsored by the IRTP (Integrated Rural Training Pipeline) Hub, who deliverd a wonderful speech to our members! We farewelled our outgoing 2018 committee, and we welcomed in our new 2019 committee! The night was filled….

It has been a very successful year in Rural health! We’ve brought countless rurally centered events to hundreds of university students around the state! GP Obstetrics Workshops

Tickets will be on sale soon! 28 places will be avaliable for medical students, and 12 for nursing/midwifery. The event will be hosted by multiple GP/Obstetricians from around the state; with skills such as natural delivery, mirena insertion, pap smears, and PPH management being taught. Mental Health and Well being night

In May we hosted our annual mental health and well-being night at UWA. It was an evening full of onesies, cheese & bread, yoga, popcorn, movies, and relaxation. We thought we’d kick our shoes off this year and take it easy!
