Sending email campaigns out through your RHC website can be used to distribute the information that you have added to your website and should link members back to the website content.
RHC website email campaigns are linked to email analytics which tracks statistics such as open rates and bounce rates.

Social media is an important tool for RHCs to use to communicate with and engage members. It should again compliment the messaging that you have on your website and email campaigns.
Some simple ways to increase social media exposure include:
- Cross-promote – share NRHSN posts via your own Facebook or Twitter accounts.
- Use a photo – when you post, it attracts more views
- Ensure consistent voice – use consistent in RHC messaging and wording. Referring to the NRHSN Member Manual can assist this.
We encourage the following content:
- Sharing information, opportunities and ideas relating to rural, remote and Indigenous health
- Sharing Rural Health Club ideas, events and activities
- Connections/links between Rural Health Clubs
Content should not be:
- Abusive messaging, obscenity, trolling or the like
- Non health promoting (eg. Photos with alcohol etc.)
- False, misleading or deceptive
- An infringement of copyright, moral rights or trade mark rights
- Contrary to the intentions, purposes or values of the network
- Defamatory or offensive
- That contains confidential and/or personal information
- Otherwise in breach of the law
