Mental Health and Well being night
In May we hosted our annual mental health and well-being night at UWA. It was an evening full of onesies, cheese & bread, yoga, popcorn, movies, and relaxation. We thought we’d kick our shoes off this year and take it easy!
Paul, a speaker from The Black dog Institute, kindly gave up his time to deliver an invaluable and inspiring speech on Breaking down depression and building resilience. Then Bronte, our wonderful yoga and mindfulness instructor, took the group for a relaxing yoga class.
This was then followed by a variety of yummy snacks, before watching the movie ‘Inside Out’. ???? T????
Thanks for sharing a great evening with us guys; we hope we brought you a little bit of fun and mental relaxation in your busy semester! Remember to always look after your mental health, & take a moment to sit back, relax, breathe, and take it easy!
