Panel on extreme heat and health

A free public panel on heat and health to be held in Melbourne on the 2nd of March. They aim to discuss the impact of extreme heat on health and the health sector.
This is an important issue for the rural health!

It will be held at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, with speakers including:
- Dr Elizabeth Hanna, an ANA Researcher and President of the Climate and Health Alliance;
- Professor Lesley Hughes, A distinguished professor of Biology and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research integrity and development from Macquarie University;
and
- Dr Stephen Parnis, Vice president of the AMA and Melbourne based Emergency Physician
